1Spatial Group has been awarded Platinum value added reseller (VAR) status by Safe Software Inc. across its global operations.

1Spatial provides full consulting services and training for Safe’s FME Desktop and FME Server products, and provides workflow development services and support for the company’s latest product addition, FME Cloud. 1Spatial Australia has been involved with FME since 2007, achieving Gold partner status in 2010, followed by Platinum partner status in early 2011.

With its wealth of FME knowledge and technical expertise in Australia, UK, France and Belgium, 1Spatial’s teams have more FME Certified Professionals in-house than any other partner worldwide. These accredited staff members regularly deliver additional services to customers, including Safe Certified FME training courses.

“We have great pleasure in awarding 1Spatial Group Platinum status,” said Sonia Hobbs, director, partner programs at Safe Software. “It’s a real accolade that recognises their broad technical expertise. There are so many ways that FME can be used for data management across diverse sectors, so working with such a customer focused reseller like 1Spatial, makes our job that much easier.”

“We are delighted as part of our ongoing partner relationship with Safe Software to be awarded Group Platinum status as part of Safe’s partner program,” said Alison Masters, CMO at 1Spatial.

“1Spatial continues to work on significant data migration projects where the flexibility and robust capabilities of FME for handling large volumes of relational data stored in multiple formats has made it the ultimate choice,” added Masters.
