ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS AND PRESENTATIONS

Speaker 1: Liz Fulton
Liz Fulton is GIS Operations Manager of Cardno throughout the Asia Pacific region.

RPAS – Taking imagery to new heights
Liz will provide an overview of remotely piloted aircraft technology and how it integrates into the surveying and spatial industry. She will discuss aspects of the technology for companies to consider and a quick look at how a multi-disciplinary professional service company is using it.

Speaker 2: Julia Spark
Julia Spark is the National Business Development Manager for Atlass-Aerometrex, a wholly Australian aerial survey company.

Unleashing the full capacity of remote sensing
Traditional photogrammetric and LiDAR technologies will form the basis of this presentation working through to the latest 3D technologies. High-resolution, photo realistic, accurate reality models extracted from photogrammetry to create a triangulated irregular network model provides users with detailed 3D visualisation allowing them to communicate complex information useful for stakeholders, public consultation, augmented reality and virtual tours.
