1Spatial announces FME training roadshow

1Spatial Group has announced the locations and dates of new training courses for Safe Software’s FME spatial data transformation products across Australia.

1Spatial Group has four FME Certified Trainers globally with two of them, Michael Fitzpatrick and Adrian Porter, currently based in Australia. Together, they will lead a full program of FME Training Courses in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Canberra from August to October 2014.

“We are very fortunate to have two such experienced FME Certified Trainers in Australia,” said Martin Gregory, General Manager for 1Spatial Asia Pacific. “Michael has been an FME Certified Professional for many years, providing high levels of skills and expertise to deliver solutions based on FME to our Australian customers. Adrian is joining us from 1Spatial’s UK team, bringing a fresh perspective to local FME users.”

FME allows transformation of spatial data so that it can be used and shared where, when and how it’s needed.

The two-day training courses will run on the following dates:

  • Brisbane: 19-20 Aug 2014 – FME Desktop
  • Brisbane: 21-22 Aug 2014 – FME Desktop Advanced
  • Sydney: 26-27 Aug 2014 – FME Desktop
  • Sydney: 28-29 Aug 2014 – FME Desktop Advanced
  • Melbourne: 11-12 Sep 2014 – FME Desktop
  • Melbourne: 15-16 Sep 2014 – FME Desktop Advanced
  • Perth: 2-3 Oct 2014 – FME Desktop
  • Perth: 6-7 Oct 2014 – FME Desktop Advanced
  • Canberra: 23-24 Oct 2014 – FME Desktop
  • Canberra: 27-28 Oct 2014 – FME Desktop Advanced
