New version accelerates Correlator3D processing

By on 14 January, 2020

SimActive has accelerated Correlator3D processing with the new version 8.4.

SimActive Inc. has released Correlator3D version 8.4, claiming significant acceleration. The new version promises speeds that are multiple times faster compared to previous releases.

SimActive has been supplying photogrammetry software since 2003. The company introduced the first GPU-powered AT (Aerial Triangulation) and DSM (Digital Surface Model) generation engines in the industry, enabling multiple fold processing speed increases.

Correlator3D 8.4 allows a dynamic allocation of hardware resources, reducing potential bottlenecks from PC components. For example, solid states drives (SSD) are used more efficiently by the software, as well as additional CPU cores and extra RAM.
